With that national management and recruiting experience behind her, she is able to relate with retailers and help to advise or consult on constructing the role if needed. Additionally, she is able to help coach, guide or mentor her candidates with their career choices.
Leading a rather diverse career, Rachel also has six years in the media industry behind her and is also the co-founder of a social media & influencer marketing agency, The Social Project. This positions her in the midst of the marketing world and she is well connected to marketing managers, graphic designers, photographers, stylists, brand managers and illustrators.
