This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious regional manager to take on an exciting role in Christchurch! We are looking for a driven retailer to take on the New Zealand stores for this expanding brand. 

Based in Christchurch, you will oversee all the stores across the country and you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales, the store reaching budgets & achieving KPI's

• Recruiting, inducting and training your team

• Managing and controlling costs & overheads for the stores

• Rostering and wage control

• Visual merchandising & store presentation of all stores

• Succession planing and coaching your team towards sucess

As the successful candidate, you will bring with you:

• Experience in a regional management or area management role, and are capable of managing 7+ stores 

• The flexibility to travel!

• A passion for retail 

• A talent for recruitment and sales training

• Excellent time management skills
