Do you love fashion and want to progress your career while working for a well known NZ Fashion Designer? We are looking for a store manager to take on a beautiful boutique in the heart of Newmarket.
Join the NZ team and take ownership of this thriving Auckland store. Perhaps you are a senior assistant manager, ready to take the next step in your management career, or you are a store manager who wants to work in high end fashion.
Your role will include the following;
Leading a small team, responsible for their coaching and development
Building the VIP client database and nurturing relationships with your regular customers!
Personal styling
Working with stylists
Identifying local marketing opportunities
Driving sales, KPI's and managing costs of the business
Executing daily and weekly visual merchandising directives and knowing when you need to adapt these to make them work for your store
