Are you currently an area or multi-site manager, wanting to take the next step in your career? We are hiring a national training and wholesale manager for one of New Zealand’s leading luxury fashion brands.
Your exciting role will be to look after the stores, nationwide, supporting them with sales, training, development, stock control and rosters. You will be doing regular store visits, hosting product training and styling nights and organising their VIP events. Your area or multi-site management experience will be a real asset to this business as you support them with your strong operational focus.
However, this is not your average area manager role. You will be heavily involved with the wholesale side of the business! Travel around NZ to meet with suppliers and sell new collections will be a key part of the role, as will hosting suppliers during New Zealand Fashion Week. You will also be very active in working with the Press, hosting events and fashion shows.
It’s a dream role right?!? So, what are we looking for?
Multi-site or area management experience in apparel is essential
Proven sales results
A strong sales focus and capable of delivering exceptional customer service, with a consultative style
Visual merchandising and styling experience
Proven experience in training, with the ability to succession plan and develop teams
A luxury fashion brand ambassador
Someone who can hit the ground running!
