Are you an experienced Assistant Manager who is wanting to take the next step in your retail career? Take on this large format store with a big team!

This brand does not micro-manage their managers, in face it's quite the opposite- they like to empower their team and get them to treat their stores like their own business! 

In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting the store manager with; 

  • Leading a team of talented retailers, including an 3IC, inspiring them to achieve sales and drive the stores performance

  • Helping to train and develop any new team members.

  • Executing visual merchandising directives and look after the presentation of the store.

  • Assisting with the management of all store operations; stocktakes, VM, training, store presentation, rosters & wage control

To be successful in the role, you will have 1-2 years+  store management experience in either an Assistant Manager, Department Manager or Junior Store Manager's role and will be seeking a career in retail long-term.
