Are you a store manager looking for career progression?  Keen to get into big box retail but not sure where to start? This Iconic New Zealand outdoor retail company is looking for a store manager to take on a busy and productive store.

Perhaps you are a regional or multi-site store manager who is tired of travelling? You can take on this busy role which will keep you on your toes without having to live out of a suitcase! 

Your responsibilities for the role will include;

  • Driving sales and achieving budget for the store

  • Executing weekly visual merchandising directives

  • Recruiting, coaching, developing and succession planning the team

  • Managing a high volume of stock

  • Managing costs across your business, includes; wages, overheads and PNL reports

  • Leading are large team

A little about you....

You will be an inspirational leader who is capable of managing a large team! Your infectious personality will lead your team towards successful results and you won't be afraid of rolling your sleeves up to get the job done. In previous roles, you have worked with high volumes of stock and through your organisational and delegation skills, your'e able to move through daily pallet deliveries quickly and efficiently. 

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years retail management experience in either a busy A-grade fashion store or a large format / big box environment at department managers level and above.
