In this role, your responsibilities will include;
Leading a team of talented retailers, including an assistant manager, inspiring them to achieve sales and drive the stores performance
Recruit any new team members and then oversee their induction, training and development.
Executing visual merchandising directives.
Growing the VIP client database! You will get to know the locals and foster relationships with them.
Being responsible for all store operations; stocktakes, VM, training, store presentation, rosters & wage control
To be successful in the role, you will have 2-3 years store management experience and will be passionate about working in retail.
