We are helping a rapidly growing New Zealand brand recruit their Ponsonby store manager.

About the role.......

In this role, you will be responsible for;

  • Driving sales and KPI's by leading by example

  • Monitoring stock movements and project managing the ordering process

  • Coaching and developing the team

  • Managing costs including rosters and wage control

  • Growing the local customer database

About you...........

To be successful in this role, you will have proven success in a previous retail management role, understand the importance of driving sales and cultivating the local customer database, be an inspirational leader and good at administration!! Ideally we are looking for someone who is well connected in the local market, but we are open to speaking with all suitable candidates for the role.
