Frame Retail is growing! We are looking for a recruitment co-ordinator to join the Christchurch office. We offer a flexible work environment where you determine your own work hours, plus the opportunity to work from home as well as our stylish CBD office.

We are ideally looking for someone with retail experience at a store manager level and above, or someone who has experience in the HR field at administration or co-ordinator level. We are open to university students or graduates who are keen to pursue a career in fashion recruitment!

Your role will include;

  • Phone screening and booking interviews

  • Interviewing candidates

  • Reference checking

  • Managing the CRM

  • Publishing job ads across all digital channels

  • Working on part-time and assistant manager roles

  • Sourcing candidates

  • Diary management

To be the successful candidate, you will be;

  • Organised! With excellent time management skills

  • Keen to progress into a junior recruitment consultant role

  • A quick learner and savvy on digital platforms. Ideally you know your way around Facebook for business, Instagram and Linkedin!

  • A fashionista. We live and breathe fashion, it’s important that you do too!

This role will start off part-time and have the opportunity to develop into a full-time role. We are looking for someone that we can train up to become a junior recruitment consultant!
