Online Co-ordinator - new store opening in the CBD

This womens fashion brand is opening a new store in the heart of Christchurch city’s CBD! It is an exciting time for this busy business and they have created a new opportunity for an online coordinator to join their fun team.

The role includes, but is not limited to;

  • Managing the online shop / website. This includes uploading new product, setting up sales, visual merchandising the site, clear-cutting images if required and copy writing.

  • Creating and sending EDMS

  • Scheduling and uploading social media posts

  • Managing the Facebook ad campaigns

  • Managing the google my business posts

  • Working Saturdays on the shop floor

As the successful candidate, you will have;

  • Experience in the Shopify platform - this is essential

  • Experience with using Mailchimp - this is desirable but not essential

  • Knowledge of either InDesign or photoshop is desirable along with basic graphic design skills

  • A flair for styling and fashion and be a natural at sales and customer service
