Store Manager/Assistant Buyer – Newmarket!

We are looking for a confident, well-presented store manager to run this Newmarket women’s boutique. This brand is known for its unique brands, first class customer service, styling tips and VIP events. Leading the Newmarket store, you must have strong VM skills, be confident in managing the team to deliver and exceed targets. It is important that you are an experienced leader in order to develop and mentor your team.

 

The role responsibilities include: 

  •  Providing exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers

  • Manage and grow the VIP database 

  • Weekly visual merchandise updates and processing new stock

  • Plan, execute and manage the store events

  • Lead and manage a small team

  • Drive store KPI’s and manage staff budgets

  • Have a passion for fashion - you follow fashion trends on social media and are able to relate to our fashion conscious customers with ease

  • Confident in coaching and training to develop your team

  • Manage stock in accordance with company policies

  • Have fun on the job whilst maintaining a professional work environment
