Q&A with Hebe, our new Marketing & Customer Service Assistant

Question: Tell us a little bit about you and how you came to be the Marketing and Customer Service Assistant at Frame

I have a degree in Fashion Design and a background in Beauty and Content Creation. Lately, I have been working on my own two business’s, both within Fitness, Beauty and Content Creation, but I have really missed being in the Fashion industry, so when this job popped up, I couldn’t look past it. Working with Frame fits in perfectly with my lifestyle and I feel lucky to be apart of such a beautiful team that I really align with. So far, the first two months have been a dream.

Question: You have an amazing background in beauty, can you tell us the one product that you couldn’t go without?

The Hollywood Flawless Filter by Charlotte Tilbury! This product is amazing worn on it’s own or over foundation. I wear it daily with a little bit of concealer, and always apply it on my clients during their makeup applications for a beautiful sun-kissed look. 

Question: Living in Christchurch, what does a typical weekend look like for you?

A typical weekend for me consists of anything Fitness and Beauty. I spend most of my spare time working on my two business’. If I am not creating content or working with my lovely clients, you will usually find me at the gym or out walking and running in the hills, or at the beach. 

Question: While Christchurch is home, you also love to travel. Where is the next destination on your list?

Anywhere hot and tropical! I love travelling, exploring, meeting new people and being in the sun. Italy and the Philippines have always been at the top of my list! 

Question: What is one thing you think is important to look for or keep in mind when finding a new job?

Prioritise finding a company that aligns with your values and career goals, while making sure that the job excites you. For me its important that your career compliments your personal brand and you are in an environment that will energise you. Do what you love! 

Question: What are your best tips for putting together an interview-appropriate look?

Creating an interview-appropriate look in the fashion industry requires a balance of professionalism, style and understanding of the specific company culture. I think it’s important to think about your personal style and then elevate it. An interview-appropriate look for me is polished, timeless and considered.
